LEVEL 3 Trainers Course

Service Description

The Level 3 Self defence Trainers Course is the advance Level at ShinKenDo International JuJutsu System Japan. To take this course Students need to have complete Level 1 and Level 2. Students members of the International ShinKenDo JuJutsu who are of rank level Blue Belt and over may enter this course without the need to learn the previous level. This course a smooth transition from the previous Level 2. Students will learn new added striking techniques Students will learn 4 new techniques of Restraints Escapes Weapon Knife /Baton Defence Take Downs Chokes Pins/Hold Downs Students will learn how to free spar "Kumite" set in stages You will gain focus accuracy, strength, speed and flexibility. Please NOTE: Passing this course is equivalent to black belt standard.
