Service Description

LEVEL 1 Trainers Certificate Course The Level 1 Course is the basic/ beginner level of the ShinKenJuJutsu Martial Arts system from Japan. The Course starts with Introduction Students will learn- Fighting Stance 1) Striking techniques - with low leg practical kicks. 2) Techniques of restraints. - Immobilise any attacker 3) Takedowns. - Apply throws and take even the biggest and strongest attacker to the floor 4) Weapons Defence - Learn knife and baton defence and disarm any attacker wielding a knife 5) Grappling - Apply effective hold down restraining techniques as taught Law enforcement 6) Escapes - Escape from any hold. Please Note: These techniques are taught to members of Law enforcement and security personal. They are based on purely defensive skills suitable for all ages. Members who enrol in the instructors course must be of age 18 years and over.
